The World met at UNICERA!

Istanbul - Ceramics Bathroom Kitchen Exhibition (UNICERA) was held at CNR EXPO Yeşilköy.
Turkey's largest specialist trade fair UNICERA Istanbul-Ceramics Bathroom Kitchen Exhibition, held in eighty thousand square meters exhibition area, welcomed a profound interest from 84,320 visitors of which 11,219 were international and 73,101 domestic. Visitors from 130 countries foremost the USA, Germany, Great Britain, Russia, and Canada showed great interest. 
Turkey's largest specialist trade fair UNICERA Istanbul-Ceramics Bathroom Kitchen Exhibition was held at CNR Expo Yeşilköy with the cooperation of CNR Holding company Istanbul Trade Fairs, Turkish Ceramics Federation (TSF) and the Trade Association for Sanitary and Building Supplies (TIMDER) The exhibition held between 27 February and 3 March in an expansive area of eighty-thousand square meters, was visited by 11,219 international and 73,101 domestic, a total of 84,320 visitors from 130 countries. Countries from Europe, the Far East, and Sub-Saharan Africa and in particular the USA, Germany, England, Russia, and Canada showed great interest in the Exhibition with a record-breaking number of visitors. Over 1,000 leading companies in the industry participated in the exhibition that offers a price advantage, easy accessibility, and quality production in a wide range of products including bathroom products, floor-to-wall coverings, ceramic processing technology, kitchen products, decoration products, packaging and storage materials. 
Award-winning designers made their marks at the fair 
World-renowned award-winning designers from Italy, Spain, and Germany shared their experiences and talked about the new trends of the sector in the seminars held in nine sessions between February 28 - March 1. Major designers Diego Grandi, Sergio Perez Fortea, Massimo Farinatti and Michael Schmidt, were among the seminar participants.  
Ceramics, the rising star of exports
According to the export contribution data in the last quarter of 2017, the ceramics sector ranked first as it did in the third quarter and contributed to the economy of Turkey with a 22.33 contribution ratio. The ceramics sector, which achieved a turnover of $10 billion and realized $1 billion of exports in the past year, aims to grow by 10% and raise its exports to $1.1 billion.
